Dryish Support

Help with the beta, your data, notifications, or Premium.

TestFlight beta

TestFlight builds expire after the period shown by Apple. If a build has expired, wait for a new invitation or update it from the TestFlight app. Beta testers can send screenshots and feedback directly from TestFlight.

Reset or export data

Open Dryish Settings to export your current data or reset the app. Resetting removes the locally stored profile, logs, progress, theme, and preferences and returns you to onboarding.

Notifications

Reminder permissions can be changed in iPhone Settings under Notifications → Dryish. Reminder time and wording can be changed inside Dryish Settings.

Premium and purchases

When the App Store version launches, subscription management and cancellation will be handled through your Apple account. The app includes Restore Purchases for previously purchased access.

Need more help?

Contact Bendrot Studios and include your iPhone model, iOS version, Dryish version, and a short description of what happened. Never include private drink logs unless you intentionally want to share them.

Urgent support

Dryish is not an emergency or medical service. If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. If reducing alcohol makes you feel physically unwell, seek medical care.
