About Dryish

Dryish is a self-guided habit, logging, and reflection tool intended to help adults become more mindful of their alcohol use. By using the website, beta, or released app, you agree to these terms.

Not medical care

Dryish does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Changing alcohol use can carry health risks. If you drink heavily every day, have experienced withdrawal, feel unable to control your drinking, or feel unwell when reducing alcohol, seek medical advice before making sudden changes. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Eligibility

You must be of legal drinking age in your country or region to use Dryish. You are responsible for using the app in accordance with applicable laws.

Beta software

Pre-release TestFlight versions may contain errors, change without notice, or stop working. Beta access may be limited, suspended, or ended at any time. Please do not rely on beta software as your only record of important information.

Founding Circle reward

The announced one-year Premium reward is intended for up to 25 testers who install the beta, complete onboarding, use Dryish during the seven-day testing period, and submit the requested feedback check-in. No positive review or public rating is required. Eligibility is determined reasonably and in good faith by Bendrot Studios. The reward is subject to App Store availability and Apple’s subscription-offer rules and has no cash value.

Subscriptions

When subscriptions become available, prices, trial duration, renewal terms, and included features will be shown before purchase. App Store subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple and renew unless canceled through the user’s Apple account settings. Store terms and regional pricing may apply.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer distributed software except where law permits, or use Dryish in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

Availability and changes

Features, pricing, beta capacity, and release timing may change. We may update these terms when necessary and will publish the current version on this page.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dryish is provided without guarantees that it will meet a particular health or behavioral outcome. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
